| Its used to create vacuum as high as 1
torr in deodorising section. It mainly comprises of 2 boosters, 2
ejectors and 2 baromatic condensers with hoggers. |
| Cylindrical vessel with cooling coils for
gradual cooling of oil. Oil is continuously stirred with the help of a
stirrer for proper formation of crystals. |
| Horizontal leafs filters are used for
separating the wax from the oil after the crystallisation. Horizontal
leaf filter consist of a casing with filter elements which are mounted
and move on rails. The movement is controlled hydraulically. |
| The oil thoroughly mixed with earth in
the oil earth mixer is then transferred to the Bleacher. It is a 2 stage
vessel. In the first stage, Oil is heated to 100°C and in the
second stage, bleaching takes place. Veendeep supplies steam agitated
bleachers without any stirrers or mechanical parts, thus making it
energy efficient and maintenance free. |
| P P Filters are used for Dewaxing of rice
bran oil. These are horizontal plate type filters with retractable
casing. A P.P Filter provides reduced cycle time, improved cake washing
and highest cake solids.. |
| These are security filters used for
filtering the oil of fine particles upto 0.5 microns sized particles. |
| PHE’s are widely used as heaters,
coolers, heat exchangers for better efficiency. It requires less space
as compared to shell and tube heat exchangers |
| Batch neutralizers are ideally suited for
small capacity plants. Used for degumming and neutralizing of oil in
batch refineries. It is a cylindrical vessel with conical bottom fitted
with stirrers. Has provision for adding water, phosphoric acid and
caustic in the same vessel. |
| Batch bleachers are ideally suited for
small capacity plants. A cylindrical vessel with dished ends and heating
coils . It is also fitted with stirrers for thorough mixing of earth
with oil. As a result superior quality oil with no traces of soaps,
pigments and metals is obtained. |
| Batch deodorizers are ideally suited for
small capacity plants. It is can process 3.5 to 15 tons. The deodorizer
is used to remove fatty acids and other volatiles from the oil. |
