| Meal Cooler is designed to cool the
deoiled material that is obtained from the DT after the extraction
process, so that the deoiled meal can be bagged easily and transported.
It is a multi-stage vessel complete with blowers, cyclone, ducting etc… |
| Online weighing machines are used for
weighing the quantity of material processed daily. Bagging machines are used for weighing and bagging the meal as required. These are semi automatic or automatic predetermined gross weighers with speed belt conveyor to feed the material. It is ideally suited for granular and free flowing coarse powder like oilcakes. |
| Conveyors are used to transport the
material through various stages in the entire solvent extraction
process. It is designed specifically for continuous flow of bulky
materials and proper care is taken to manufacture and mount the conveyor
systems. The various types of conveyors include Chain Conveyors, Belt
Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Jacketed Conveyors etc… |
| Elevators are used for lifting of bulky
materials to the inlet of various equipments during the entire process
of seed preparation and bagging of deoiled material. Various types of
Bucket Elevator include Chain type for oily and high temperature
material and Belt type for easy maintenance. |
